Terms & conditions

• All package prices are inclusive of VAT

• A new or replacement Adventureland card costs AED 5 and is rechargeable

• Adventureland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards

• Free Games are consumed first, followed by Cash Credits, and then Bonus Balance

• Courtesies and Bonuses work only on GREEN and YELLOW card readers

• Cash Credits are valid on all card readers

• AED 125 & AED 250 packages offer Bonus, while AED 375 & AED 525 packages offer courtesy

• All Free Game, Bonus, Cash, and Ticket balances expire if the card is not reloaded within the validity period

• Cash Credits, Courtesies and Tickets expire 6 months from the last recharge date

• Bonuses expire 2 months from the last recharge

• The Adventureland card cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred as cash, or sold

• The Adventureland card is not a credit card

• Credit balance transfers for lost cards are only possible if the card was registered with a name and mobile number at the time of purchase

• Adventureland reserves the right to alter, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time, without obligation of prior notice, as deemed appropriate
